I was on stumbleupon a few days ago and found something quite nifty so I thought I’d make it.

From what I’ve heard, it works well to cook it in the microwave for a few seconds to cook the ball, then deep fry in duck fat and cover with gold-leaf. This is infinitely useful. Perhaps not but at the very least it’s a novelty.
