Honestly this recipe is ridiculously simple, and I will never make mayonnaise the traditional way ever again.

All you need is:

  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml oil
  • 1 tbs mustard
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • salt (I used applewood smoked salt from Eat.Art. I’m not sponsored by them, I just think this stuff is fantastic)

 

To your eggs add the vinegar, then oil, mustard, and salt to taste.

Blend (with a stick blender) from the bottom of the container upward.

And that’s all there is to it. Enjoy.
