A few years ago, some friends of ours introduced us to the amazing world of Gin and Tonic. For the next few months, we were practically “Malaria Proof” with all the Quinine we had in our systems (here’s an Ode to the G&T).

A few years later, I was given the NOMA cookbook (a wondrous book, read my thoughts here.), which focuses on creating amazing dishes with local ingredients foraged locally.

So you can imagine how excited I was to go foraging at the Good Hope Nursery, in Cape Point, AND use that to make a great G&T!
