If you happen to do a spectral analysis of all the stars in the observable universe, you can see what colour the universe is.
Apparently this is the average colour of the universe:

What’s interesting to note is that the colour changes the older the universe gets, from blue til red. Cosmic Latte is made up of stars that are 5 billion years old, so the colour will become redder as time goes on, so technically Cosmic Latte is a colour that changes colour.
